Re: Twine
If we’re relying on a young lad from league one to be our missing link, God help us. Hardly any young player from League 1 is he, 20 goals and 13 assists last season, and named POTY in that league, and the step up isn't huge imo, One thing Twine will add is a real threat from free kicks, imagine he...

Maatsen will bag a load of assists in this league. One of those games that on another day we win comfortably, and continue playing in this vein and the wins will come. If Hull, Watford and Luton are so poor as we are told here on numerous occasions and we play such a wonderful passing game, why didn't we come away with all the 3pts? Wonder if there would be the same negativity if we had 5 points from opening 4 games under Dyche, I seem to remember we had the same record when we was last in the division after 4 games We did indeed, however it's worth noting we then shelled out a fair whack for Gray and Tarks. Are we not? We can’t score goals and have a keeper that can’t save shots. We've scored in 3 out of 4 games, and were only denied bagging at Watford due to the keeper and the woodwork. There are people already writing us off as relegation candidates on the match thread. This place is utterly bonkers. Another point on the board, and the signs are encouraging, but we do need to start turning these draws into wins, although on the balance of play 2nd half we could and should have netted a winner. Sounds like Vinny is playing down expectations again, of course that could purely be to take the pressure off the group. Another vote for Ings, sadly no chance of it happening now he's flourishing at Villa.
