I simply don't believe that we won't sign a centre half. We have squad depth everywhere except there...we cannot go until January with Tom Anderson as our 4th choice centre back. That'd be nuts.

None of us know what happened behind closed doors. Any opinion is purely based on what's been said in the media, I'm sure there's far more to it than what's been reported.

Cahill was a red, although I've seen much worse. How anybody can complain about the Fabregas red is beyond me.
Would like to see the Alonso challenge back from the 2nd minute, looked a terrible one.
I've seen a few Chelsea fans are crying about the Mee challenge on Morata and Arfield on Alonso.

Long would be a great signing. Just because we've all heard of him doesn't make him uninspiring.
Good pace, massive leap, disciplines, hard worker and vastly experienced at our level. I would suggest his overall game is far more developed than Gray's.

Have to cross our fingers and hope that we're far down the line with a replacement. If not and we're scrambling around on deadline day then it's possibly a fatal blow to our season.
Likewise, we desperately need a replacement for Keane.

Quite a bit of football league experience which is about as good as you could expect from a 3rd choice keeper. Great that it allows Mitchell out to experience a good level.

Don't rate him at all and amazed Dyche stuck with him as long as he did in the promotion season. I'd say he's about a lower-end Championship right back, at best.
If we really have got £2 million for him then that's an incredible deal.

Defensively miles better than Darikwa.
If Lowton was a couple of years older, perhaps we'd be looking for more of a Charlie Taylor style signing. As it is, Lowton could easily be our first choice for 3 or 4 more seasons so would be tough to persuade and up and coming right back to sign on.

I think it's an excellent move for him. Ambitious manager and board, comparitively patient fanbase, great chance of starting every week and if he does really well, he'll get a move (as a starter) to one of the very biggest clubs.
There's nothing for Keane not to like about it. Good luck to him.

I saw Vikingur back in 2008 and it was all very low key.
Obviously it was a long time ago but I don't remember tickets being expensive, perhaps £15 (depending on exchange rate!)
I think there were about 1,000 people there for a normal league game, I'd be shocked if you couldn't get in.
Enjoy.

From the little I've seen, I think O'Neill looks a very tidy player. Really promising for his age but agree that the Premier League is a step too far right now.
