I am at a loss as to why the club would charge for such things as this. The cost to the club of this must be absolutely minimal compared with the overall costs of running a club. The cost could also be categorised as 'marketing' as you are investing in the future generation of fans.

Sounds like a copy / paste of The Greyhound (Sam Smiths) in Altham. Just had a full refurb when landlord was caught on his mobile I heard. Pub was swiftly shut 'temporarily.' That was in 2018.

It is all very subjective. Some of the ones listed by others above I have stayed at thought they were disappointing, including the Raffles Singapore
