Re: Why the player boards are so important
Some positive news today: I've had a reply from the chairman who has informed me that they are being taken down while the upgrade is being done after which they will be placed back in their original positions. Although I wouldn't have expected it to come from him, whoever is responsible at the club...

I think its £6.8m difference between 15th and 17th ( i.e. £3.4m per place ) but still a substantial amount of money. No such thing as meaningless matches in the Premier League.Vegas Claret wrote: ↑Fri May 21, 2021 3:55 pmit's 6.8 million at stake if we can move up a place (CP posted the list in the MMT)

I've been talking with my lad, he agrees with you and you are probably right. The training coaching and scouring set up of these teams will definitely help them to improve, and hopefully improve our chances of finding a nugget. Ajax would be the ideal club to partner with if we're looking to improv...

The CFS being out of action as explained above leaves us with about 18,000 to go at, 25% of which is 4,500. Still unclear where the 3,500 comes from.

Which is very slightly less than 25% of their capacity. Apologies if this has been explained elsewhere, but why are we only allowing 3,500 in tomorrow, when something nearer 5,500 would represent 25% of capacity ?
