This sounds exactly like the pain in the arse type of event thats well worth avoiding. Glad I missed out on the ballot, will look forward to going back next season when I can rock up at the time I like.

I got no email, no update on my account but thought I'd try this morning. The website lets you add tickets to your basket, go through the whole process until you get to the health survey. When you fill that in and confirm, it boots you back to the basket. Worth a try.

From what you’ve said, it’s likely a tamper on a detection circuit. Depending on the make and model of the control panel, you might be able to drill down a bit deeper to narrow it to which one

I don't understand why the club would withdraw the ability to pay by direct debit. I don't know anything about the circumstances, but it wouldn't make any sense at all and I can't believe it would even be a consideration.
