Re: Positives and negatives

Positive for me is we should've won our last two home games

The negative is we got zero points.

Re: Resigned to Relegation

With 10 minutes to go the whole picture looked completely different. Luton found a goal, we capitulated and it looks done and dusted instead of optimistic. I think the lads try really hard, but that's different to bottle and nous. We have neither of those things

He says he was only interested in the football side, but from what I hear he was often pretty absent at training! Just completely the wrong type of character to be a manager. However, seeing Chris Waddle wear a burnley shirt for the first time was amazing, he was my favorite player as a kid.

He's unfortunate that one of our only performers in the final third so far has been koleosho on the left. He also has tresor to deal with who is best that side (though hasn't shown it thus far. And then there's Larsen. Ridiculous state of affairs as discussed many times but it's a problem for him.

Utterly pointless getting rid of Kompany at this point, from a footballing and business pov. With this group of players he's assembled, he's both the most likely manager to keep us up, or bring us back up. 6 months ago he was the next big thing, sure to be a man city manager. Always going to be hard today, but you can't concede goals like this. Encouraging signs against Palace and Arsenal, but we need points and we just can't get them. Unfortunately we're about a season short of experience for many of these players.

I don't know what the stats are but I feel like we concede so many goals 40-45 mins every time we're in the premier league. And never ever score them in the same time period. We've played well but it's really annoying.

Tella isn't really a striker either, certainly no more than Amdouni who I'm pretty confident will get more career goals than tella. With the model we've adopted, the obvious risk is a swift relegation before the value of any young players have matured.
