It is obvious to me we have talented players, it's also obvious there is a lack of experience at this level.
They will improve in time, too late to save this season, but most of all we need a leader, even more so because of the inexperience.

Re: The team that I would like to see from here on out...
It really doesn't matter who the starting XI is, we have good players, but a crap team, and no matter how you shuffle the pack, we have no leaders on the pitch, too little experience of this level on the pitch, and not enough nous and composure under pressure. Re: Clarets vs Fulham
Delighted with a point in the end, and the new boys showed a lot of promise, but that performance, against a rank Fulham side, was just awful.
Miles away from where we need to be, and that lack of leadership in key moments, and key areas of the pitch will haunt us all season.

I like Roberts a quality player if not top drawer. Like most players he needs a system that suits his style, and neither Dyche or Kompany have got the best out of him. We have some talented players, but we are a **** team. The main problem has been obvious all season, no leaders on the pitch. Is bumba’s argument here that if the striker wasn’t there, Trafford wouldn’t get to it? The problem with that argument is the striker was there, and he fouled him. Loans are probably our best bet.
We've already spent a load in summer.
It was difficult to attract players when most thought we'd stay up, it has to be even harder now.
We have a short term problem, that requires a short term fix.
