The fascinating thing was that we offered higher wages by the sounds of it, and without doubt if he signs we stay up. Taylor had a fairly limp season in that position. Shame we need to turn this into a criticism os Sean Dyche rather than look at the impact long-ball tactics have in the modern game. I think I'm right in saying it was used by Paisley or Fagan at Liverpool, but they called it something like "Alehouse??" and used it when things weren't going so well. ...

It was just a suggestion. Kev isn’t as bad as made out.
