That's it. What's the process and how. Who, in the end, benefits? Are the seats being filled or is that just a figurative thing? 88000 is more than Old Trafford can hold! Potentially a fire safety issue if there’s no water into the ground it might mean if there’s a fire then the fire department can’t access appropriately pressured water. Just a guess though.
