In Cup finals the trophy is presented within 10 mins of the final whistle surely that could be done if we are already guaranteed the Championship Trophy ... It would be possible in theory. Unfortunately, I guess the pitch will be flooded with fans straight after the whistle making that impossible.

Could be wrong, it has been known, but I would bet money on 2 things:

1, The trophy presentation will be after the last match of the season;
2, It will take place approximately 45 minutes after the final whistle, to a half empty stadium, which will be a shame.
