Re: REPORT: Clarets go and win again at Bournemouth
Agreed on the damp walk back after the game. I walked to the ground from Bournemouth (Central) station before the game and, despite a bit of drizzle, the mile+ walk seemed reasonable. After clapping the lads at the end of the game, I walked back to Pokesdown station to get the 17.22 train. That walk...

Well no, it’s about beating your opponent. Football is played without a crowd as well you know. Of course watching teams in the top division you hope to see a certain standard but the manager and players will be paid on results not entertainment. That's it; the bonuses players get at the end of the...

Co-op Fairtrade Carmenere. Best £6 odd bottle of red that I'm aware of.
Didnt have a drink down in Bournemouth and got wet through trekking back to Pokesdown station so deserving of a few glasses this evening to celebrate the 3 points.

Pope 7 Handling on crosses was excellent in the rain and wind, distribution a bit problematic 2nd half but conditions much to blame, otherwise didnt have any saves to make. Current bottom three for me. Norwich have had some decent results (such as beating City) but they let too may in. I dont think they have the £ to recruit and correct that. They don't score that many either and will really struggle if Pukki gets injured/has a poor patch. Watford have some decent play...
