Technology didn't fail - the reviewer failed to interpret the event and the rule that says, if level, attacker deemed onside. So poor reviewing refereeing. So one person's opinion should have been the same as the opinion of the onfield official, however, because of technology, this didn't happen. ;)

It's a smashing game to watch with the various tactics involved. Just watched the GB Ladies win a very tight match against China which went to an extra end. They now have 2 wins and 1 defeat so far.

All those statistics prove is that, apart from the Swansea and Southampton games, out shooting is far more accurate than the opposition. The game against Newcastle that you show was the best for shooting accuracy with both sides being 41% accurate, however, we scored and they didn't.

It is not being replaced because it would cause lots of arguments if they had to show things from the VAR. The FA has decided that it would be better to keep the fans who attend matches in the dark as to what happens in a review, thus avoiding any controversy! ;)
