Somewhat surprising he was not retained by Birmingham. Think Long was happy staying at Burnley for far too long, and this may have cost him the chance of securing a longish term contract with another club. Like Lowton he will find it very difficult to gain a decent contract next season

Don't forget one of Tella's best friends is Obafemi and I dont think the relationship with Russell Martin was brilliant whilst he was at Swansea. Add to that Tella loved playing for our club and VK, plus we are in the PL as opposed to the Championship. Would not rule out Tella coming back to us
