Re: Ashes 4th Test

You can’t educate Yorkies on this new cricket…. They’d still rather see Boycott digging in. Don't you go dissing Sir Geoffrey on here, I'm not having it. It's fair to say the great man will be astonished at the shots being played in a Test match, great entertainment and skill levels on display no d...

Re: FAO Guller Bull - your favourite desserts

Great to hear from the CJ of the Scottish Borders, I cast doubt on your judgement however when you describe Blackforest gateaux as drab, Tricky Trevor knows his stuff above ! I expected to see a lot of sticky toffee puds in the top 3, surprised by their absence. Hope you enjoy your day tomorrow Gull...

FAO Guller Bull - your favourite desserts

Now a few of us know that you are an aficionado when it comes to desserts and so was Casper on the old board. So I have a question for you first, why has blackforest gateaux declined in popularity ? I would also like to know what your top 3 are, as you are a world renowned expert on all things after...

Bowling Gary Kirsten, a player who has scored a ton against every Test country.

This was for Earby in Yorkshire against Great Harwood.

Can vouch for that CT, I bowled a few overs at him for Earby when he was playing for Read, unfortunately I didn't get him out but neither did he get many runs. He came over for a chat in the bar after the game as well, so whilst a lot of people found him aloof and arrogant it wasn't the case with me...
