Last few games (possibly since WBA) I've put my sweats on with my Burnley shorts and shirt over the top. Seems to be working well. We've played pretty well even despite losing at City, Spurs an Arsenal.

Negative side is I look a bit like Bertie Bee.

Strongly recommend a chiropractor. Particularly a "core" chiropractor. Trapped nerves and bulging discs for years until I first went to one.
