I like Jeff, he might not be 1st choice in any position, however we have consistently shown that we struggle to recruit quality back-up for either the wings or the central midfield positions, so a new contract for Jeff would seem to be common sense really. 2 years with an option of a 3rd in the club...

Not sure how on earth Derby will get away with sacking the one who wasn't driving for gross misconduct though because he wouldn't take a pay cut.
