If as the previous poster stated he gets "found guilty"at Crown Court then I think there's no doubt he'll be jailed. It carries a maximum 5 year sentence and he has previous, so I can't see him getting a slap on the wrists or a suspended sentence. hardly anyone sees inside a jail cell for a section...
