A) I can do it. Start in 3 hrs and 30 mins end 1 hr before kick off? B) water but it’s a small tin. My only other option is a regular size tin of sliced potatoes not nearly as fun (or local) lol C) I need to step into the firing line at some point bearded wonder. Can’t understand the northern powerhouse thing. I live in New Mexico and El Paso (Texas) and Juarez (Mexico) are 30 miles East. I would think nothing of popping over for a gallon of milk if my city ran out, or going over for a night on the town. But there’s no way in Burnley I’d drive to Salford for...

Grealish ran the game from virtually the first minute to the last. When he had the ball we couldn't get it off him; he also drew our players in creating space and time for his teammates. Fortunately their finishing was woeful for the most part. I felt there was naivety on our part once he had a gri...

You could argue that to retain possession we end up giving it to Pope for the big launch and that becomes 70-30 in their favour as they are facing the incoming ball. I’d rather our outfield players attempted a forward pass as there’s a better chance of retaining possession this way as opposed to th...

Not sure the manager did either when he was paying £25m for Rodrigo who as a result of Bamford’s great form has spent a lot more time on the bench than would have been expected for their record signing. Sent off 9 times in 32 adult years as a goalkeeper. Only once was for a “professional foul” and I was mad about that! The rest were when the red mist comes down when someone leaves his foot in.

His dip in form seemed to coincide with him starting to wander into the middle to make a more solid midfield. Obviously a tactical tweak but I can only remember it really working away at Palace. The basic truth is that 90% of the Premier League are technically better than we are. Teams have come on leaps and bounds, Wolves being a prime example. It’s not that we are worse than previous years, others are much improved. Granted. But it doesn’t help with them knowing exactly what we’re going ...
