I disagree with this. He makes a lot of moves where our midfield decide to play a safe pass back instead of playing forward. We don’t have the quality in the centre of the pitch to play the ball forward often enough. The amount of times he pulls of his marker and getting into small pockets and isn’...

Re: Amdouni
I think the criticism is that he’s not pressing the area of the pitch you would expect a number 10 to. Spice has called it; Barkley particularly was the free option every time and it was Amdouni’s job to block the passing lane to stop the ball getting to him. That’s fair criticism and a part of his ...

Amdouni has a real knack of finding space. Someone mentioned the space he created for himself when Foster should have played him in and he was clever with his movement for the goal.
He’s mega frustrating though. Too often gives the ball away and spends too much of games on the periphery.

As Trafford is about to spring, the striker clearly impedes him by leaning his backside into him.

Is bumba’s argument here that if the striker wasn’t there, Trafford wouldn’t get to it?
The problem with that argument is the striker was there, and he fouled him. So it’s irrelevant whether he’d get to it or not.
It’s a clear foul.

It’s very definitely a dive.
He takes an additional step after minimal contact and isn’t falling. Realises he isn’t able to put the ball in the net quite as simply as he wants to and throws himself.
It’s cheating, plain and simple.

Not sure how any of the post you’ve quoted is ‘absolute rubbish’
Everything he has said is true. £100m is pittance in this league.
Sure, Luton are currently doing better than us. But the season hasn’t finished yet and our development seems quite obvious in most areas to me.

Looked quite obvious to me that the assistant said he saw it, and recommended a penalty. Brooks didn’t give it immediately.
I also thought it was a penalty (the shot was going in) and that he refereed the game extremely well.
