The sticky is a bit misleading as the two they've signed today are only 20 and one of those is going straight out on loan. At least two of their other signings will be for their development squad.

While I'm happy with the signing, I still don't get it.

I just can't imagine a scenario where Joe Hart will be happy to come here and potentially end up sitting on the bench behind Heaton or Pope.

A good signing on the face of it. At his best he's an excellent keeper and I'd trust our coaching team to get the best out of him. I don't see how what Fello says is so unreasonable. We could have quite easily registered Legzdins and sacrificed an outfield player instead, say Wells or Walters but we chose not to. I don't think it'd be fair for UEFA to give us dispensation to bring another keeper into the squad.
