Re: Burnley go public on the role of Mike Rigg

When I was a kid I used to collect and play Top Trumps. I had all the important information on many fantastic cars, planes, motorbikes etc. I just couldn't afford any of them. So I resigned myself to just looking at the pictures and dreaming.

I'm not too bothered about the drop to the championship as I quite enjoyed being successful and watching good attacking football with an objective other than merely survival. I'm in the remain camp here. It could actually serve as a reboot season where we have a good look at what we have and what we...

Last 50 goals scored from inside the penalty area. I'm not surprised really as we always try to walk it in which often ends up in overplaying it. We really should 'have a go' more often. Even shots off target can get a deflection and go in. I wonder how many goals have been scored against us from ou...

Which classic movie would you like to see a modern remake of? For me it would be Battle of Britain. With modern movie techniques it would be superb. As long as the yanks don't take credit for it. :o Christopher Nolan as director.

The players tunnel walk out

Not asking for fireworks or dancing girls but one ball boy half heartedly waving a Burnley flag in front of James Hargreaves stand as the teams come out is a tad underwhelming IMO. Maybe 10 to 15 ball boys/girls waving big Burnley flags with enthusiasm dressed in BFC gear would look better.
