To me if we sign Kouyate we should still keep Taylor I think there's still a very good chance that we lose at least one of Taylor, Brownhill and Roberts if not two of them... In all seriousness, I used to love a carvery or buffet but I am not a fan these days... I don't mind the new system of buffets I have seen at Chinese restaurants though, where you sit down and choose from a buffet meal card and it is cooked fresh for you.
