Yep - a few Clarets have made a point that Cullen looked more effective and could keep us ticking because he was getting the ball into feet much quicker.

Re: Trafford individual errors/points lost
So not a fact then, an opinion. It's hard to quantify in the manner in which you're probably asking - I posted some bits after the Spurs game in the cup, average player positions etc. Was noticeable just how much more spread out the lads were and how we moved the ball through the lines much more ef...

Benson had some great moments playing against weak teams in the Championship, to imagine he’s going to rip it up against Liverpool is just childish fantasy Stop misappropriating people's points. The negativity on here is unbearable, been really competitive at Anfield and missed some big chances. Fans sat waiting to jump all over VK and certain players in the team. Their 2nd goal is a clear foul yet a ricochet around the edge of our box is blamed on Amdouni. https://www.merriam-webster.com/...

Good start - noticed that we've been going to go into a 4-3-3 with the ball and look more fluid as a result.
Bit naive from Dara there - just put the ball into the stand.
Assignon, Fofana impressing and Amdouni playing well.

I'd suggest that we are not quite good enough at present, but I don't see the point of the constant slagging off (some might call it questioning, but it's more than that) of just about everything the club tries to do. Neither is picking a keeper that can't play the supposed passing system that the manager wants to supposedly play every week.
With 13 points after 23 games then you think he'd try something else.

England had the personnel to absolutely crush a 4-4-2 diamond, or a wing back system - criminal that we shoe horned someone into left midfield instead.

I don't think it's anything quite like the players weren't good enough, no one that isn't deluded knew how tough it'd be - more that riding that wave of promotion with the team we could have taken a few more points in the opening third of the season. I'd like to see an run of games with them yes. Cullen looked much better against Spurs and in a less disastrous set up - I think Muric helps his game as well as his passes to feet are just so much quicker. We have nothing to lose whatsoever by going to a three man midfield and a change of keeper. Do...

Remember - acceleration & top speed are two different factors.
Rarely will you have players hitting top speed unless they're running to goal with a lot of space in front of them.
It's the acceleration and speed over 2-5m that is where the real noticeable difference shines.
