I’m not sure I believe the article if I’m honest. No names mentioned yet everybody laps it up. How would they know until they found the person in their end with the ticket?
I imagine Blackburn’s strategy is to scare people so they don’t do it.

We seem to have overpaid. If Foster had cost us £1m nobody would be talking about it. The fact we’ve spent what we supposedly have, and in January knowing we were likely to be playing Premier League football next season, seems a bad decision right now.

It’s mad to think that they took the trophy to Middlesbrough v Brighton when we only needed a point at already relegated Charlton.
With goals scored counting of the goal difference was the same Middlesbrough would have needed to win by 3 goals and Brighton by 4 to overtake us, if we only got a point.

I think he’ll give a little game time to those players who haven’t quite played enough games for a winners medal yet, but that he wouldn’t have to play in every game. Is it 10 games? If so then Obafemi and Twine might be close?

What is wrong with people? I mean, some would rather put us into a crap run of form, not even attempt to go for the record points haul and risk Sheffield U overtaking us purely for a chance to win the title at Ewood. I’d say it’s more of a Premier League v EFL problem, aside from rich owners here and there. Fans often criticise parachute payments, yet they are part of the deal when you gain promotion. So you are successful, go up and those payments have been earned. You also get them if you go down, and/or when ...

I would imagine it’d be more palatable for League Two clubs if the team finishing 22nd goes into the play offs with the National League clubs below 2nd place, like they did in the late 80’s. It would add more drama I think.

Re: Rovers away tickets
I think we should reduce Blackburn’s number to 25% of our away end next time we play them, so around 600.
Yes, I know that may lead to a fine by the competition organiser, but it’d be worth it. We should them keep doing it until they behave.

I have never liked our current badge. It looks flat, washed out and really cheap. The blue is too pale for me and the yellow is too ‘in your face’, when it’s a very small part of our colours. I would love a rebrand for Burnley.

Preston we’re given 7,335 which the police were happy to manage.
The club should refuse tickets. They’re being petty and we should act the same. Refuse tickets which makes it a big deal on Sky Sports, and then ban their fans from any future games at the Turf. They need the money more than we do.
