Every year it's the same rubbish. It's a choice to wear a poppy, not a mandatory requirement. Not really. A 20 goal a season striker at Burnley in the PL would probably mean us doubling our transfer record fee, and then a wage would have to reflect that. Unless we managed to recruit the mother of all bargains, but that doesn't happen all that often, sadly. Ok, not a 20 goal a season striker...
