My brother used to teach at a school in Rochdale where Bobby Charlton used to run his soccer school. My brother had the opportunity to chat to him and the first time my brother told Bobby he was a Burnley fan, Bobby waxed lyrical about Mac as a player. Charlton said he loved being on the same pitch ...

The worrying thing for me is the fact that we look like a group of lads who have just got together for a kick about, having never played together before. Our midfield is so weak and lacking physicality, it"s hard to see us getting back into this. Koleosho on, might help.

From tv Trafford 5 I simply don't feel safe with him between the posts. He obviously is a good young keeper, but I'm worried he may soon have shell shock. I would sooner have THB, Tella and Maatsen in the team than any of these....O'Shea, Delcroix, Ramsey, Tresor, Amdouni, Koleosho, Odobert. Plus I would also like to see Muric, Cork, Zaroury, Larsen and eventually Ekdal being given starting places.

I know it was the Championship but our last season's team had much more balance, every player knew his role, our passing game was a joy to watch.
