FAO Oshkosh
I am addicted to American Pickers...for the uninitiated where two guys drive round looking for memorabilia, antiques, cars, bikes etc and rummage through old farms and barns.
The last one I saw was at the Air Museum in Oshkosh.
Wow that was some place.

Re: REPORT: Another inglorious cup exit
What emerged was that our 'reserves' just aren't good enough. It was appalling and the only consolation was being spared the 40 miles each way from Leeds. We have a very small number of top quality players carrying the average rest. If all of them are at the top of their game we can grind out result...

5 add 6 add 14 = 25
25 minus 1 = 24
So next one is 6 + 14+ 24 minus 1 =
Whether that is the bang on right way I have no idea but I used to be intelligent. Now I'm not so sure.

There are clearly a handful of guys on this thread that know their way round the way finances are set up. Fascinating and educational to read their stuff. I'm wondering if ALK borrowed the money is it now the club debt or ALK? How much did they borrow? How and when does it have to paid back? Who services the loan? Ho...

Dave Thomas does indeed still post on here I think, he has just finished one book and has just started one about the John Bond period. But yes indeed a Clive book if he spilled a few beans and uncovered all the skeletons would be very illuminating.
