Pope 6 couple of good saves but kicking shite. Lowton 6 solid but not much forward. Tarks 7 rock Collins 7 impressive but needs to work on some 1v1 defending. We didn’t miss Mee too much which is a good compliment. Taylor 6 good but he can’t cross. Lennon 5 why so narrow? The two times he got wide a...

I don't really see how it was "clearly going to be more popular than the others". I'm sure the club think they have produced three "great looking shirts" every season. I'm not sure how the club could have predicted the demand for this when forecasting using previous season's data. That kit was just...

Re: 3rd shirt stock
Likely two reason there won't be more. 1) There's will be a minimum order well in excess of how much extra demand there is. Lets say it's 10k min order and turns out 13k want a shirt, 3k miss out. Asking them to order another 10k knowing the majority will go unsold. 2) It's a one off production bat...

We can do what we've always done and that's pick up points against the teams higher up the table. It's not a must-win, it's a must-not-lose. I wouldn’t quite go that far. We have a much easier run of games now. We have had a very difficult start. Yes Brighton looked like one we could have won, but ...

Not sure where the idea we play on the ground with Vydra has come from, we play plenty of long balls to him hoping to exploit his pace. The games he started last year we averaged about the same proportion of long balls as the rest of the season and played fewer passes. The games we won with him we ...

TBF it's undoubtedly very difficult for the club. They couldn't have predicted what a hit the new third shirt would be and ordering shed loads which went unsold could have cost them dear. Pope
Lowts Tarks Mee Taylor
JBG Westwood Brownhill McNeil
Wood Vyds
Doesn’t look like Cornet will be fit so JBG can do a good job with Lennon on the bench. Shame as I think
Cornets pace could rip Norwich apart but if we play like last week with that team we’ll win.

I see a lot of posters berating brownhill. He’s not perfect by any stretch but I like his energy and ability to win the ball back. Has done some good attacking work recently as well. He’s a good runner and links up well if he has options. Especially at his age I’d much rather browny than Jeff.

The problem for other clubs signing McNeil is that he’s not scored many goals and isn’t a “star player” so given he will cost a lot it is hard to justify for the Evertons/West Hams.
