As somebody who has no problem with immigrants (my partner being one of these pesky EU nurses in the NHS) part of me hopes we just cover the drop in immigrant numbers coming from the EU with an increase in immigration from the Commonwealth, the look on some peoples faces would be golden.

As a rule of thumb I always read 'Business Development' as 'Sales' so from what I can gather from the convoluted job description I'd assume you'll be tasked with making money for the Uni. So maybe figure out some ways to do that?
