As usual been said. It has been this way for as long as I can remember. If supporters want to sit, you can get tickets for anywhere else in the ground. I fail to see how standing causes blockages to medical staff as opposed to sitting.

I can assure you that Dyche would have loved for Burnley to play out from the back but we just didn't have the players to risk playing that way.
