I'd say the team spirit that made the team really tick - That Barton and Heaton regularly spoke about has gone.

At the end of the film Spotlight, they list all of the areas where they had suspected/known child abusers in the clergy. Reading was definitely on that list, I also think Oxford was. Dyche shot himself in the foot by comparing it to hedge fund managers, it's as simple as that really.

I've no interest in women's football, and my son can't get over the game he watched in which the players couldn't control the ball, couldn't pass and then ran into each other - all in the space of 10 mins... he was howling with laughter. To me it's encouraging teams not to get tested and take the risk, especially lower league or cup games.
However, Dyched's comment above that Orient aren't doing their part to keep players safe sounds a fair one, but they did accept the testing.

If you look at the team Allardyce had at Bolton, you can look at the reason they are where they are today. It was never sustainable. His defensive positioning is often first class, I think the frustration can be the lack of vision to see the quick ball and losing possession following this happening. On his day he can be fantastic.
