I don’t hate him, I rate him - when he plays as he can, instead of how he thinks he looks in his head. His head isn’t right for his country...

I would suggest that the qualities highlighted above have been successful so far - to think until last night England had NEVER won a penalty shoot out at the World Cup - he's managed that expectation and made the players beat that "jinx".
