And it's very unlikely that Assignon would want to play 2nd tier football regardless of whether we would stump up that sort of fee.

I'd say Vitinho is a right mid who does his very best when played at right back.
Possibly he'd fit as a right wing-back.

If you don't want to give away a penalty don't rely on the referee and VAR official to get the most basic of decisions correct.
