Re: Conscription
It’s quite interesting reading some of these comments. I served for 26 years and loved it. The only time I’d don a uniform again would be in a Dads Army scenario where we were expecting an invasion. I believe that most people from any generation would want to stick up for themselves and their famili...

Re: Conscription
They need to stop decimating the forces and build them up if they feel the country is in immediate danger. Numbers have dropped dramatically over the years. They even attacked the pensions. It’s not a surprise that retention has been a problem over the last 10 years. Conscription just isn’t viable i...

If we were sat in mid table and someone else was in our position we’d be saying they were down. Despite better performances recently and a few games where we’ve been robbed I don’t think we’ve got a cat in hells chance of staying up.

Mickey Mellon’s transfer to transfer to Tranmere was the only time in my life I have known about a move before it happened and I have no doubt that will never happen again! Re: Could Benson and Zaroury be off ??
I'm not sure anyone can be that surprised that Zaroury hasn't seen much action - he had a good chance to show up at a very out of form Bournemouth and he delivered a very tepid borderline not remotely interested performance and hasn't had a look in since. All good posting pictures of yourself train...

All of these players have been given a chance to keep the shirt though. They work every day to stake their claim for a place in the team. Get what you’re saying completely. It might be the case that they haven’t reacted well to being dropped after performing so well last season and VK isn’t impress...

Re: Could Benson and Zaroury be off ??
I can see both leaving along with Muric due to that fact they’ve lost their jersey’s without being given the chance to keep them. They’re going to be massively cheesed off. I get that Benson had a knock but the other 2 appear to have been binned. I’d love to see Zaroury more involved.

He’s obviously not ‘injured’ then. I used to know what players were available but everything is so secretive now. Wouldn’t be surprised if Benson and Zaroury’s noses have be put out of joint by being binned off after the efforts they put in last season.
