Re: BFC TRANSFER NEWS (MUST CONTAIN LINK)
Bit off topic (but most of the thread is!), but I’ve often wondered how these buy back deals work. What if the player doesn’t want to go back? It seems to happen more abroad that players are bought back just to be sold on to someone else in the same window. What if they refuse? With there being eve...

Thought he struggled quite a bit, especially first half. Sloppy on the ball a few times and seemed to want more time than he had. Improved a bit in the 2nd half and played a few nice passes.PWBFC wrote:How did Josh Benson get on?

Re: BFC TRANSFER NEWS (MUST CONTAIN LINK)
I’m a big fan of Heaton, but we had our best ever defensive record in the Premier League with Pope in goal and that was largely down to him commanding his area so much that the defence had far less to do. Heaton is definitely the better keeper technically and pulls off more “wonder saves” than Pope,...

I seem to recall CT saying that since Pope's recovery, on the few games he'd seen, Pope hadn't played particularly well. Think he only played 2 games last season after his injury. Barnsley at home in the FA Cup and they didn’t have a shot on target and then City away in the FA Cup. Against City he ...

I'll start, we need to get rid of Hart because he's on £140k per week and City have stopped paying it. He isn’t on anything near that. He had 12 months left on his City contract when we signed him, so if he hadn’t signed for us then he would be out of contract at City now. Last season, we paid Hart...

£30m is far too low in the current market. He’s got 4 years on his contract, so we should be looking at a minimum of £40m. Wan-Bissaka, who is older than McNeil and a full-back (who tend to cost less than forward players) just went for £50m. There’s talk of Kalvin Phillips and Adam Webster in the Ch...

We're averaging 37.5 points per season which I suppose isn't bad, but it's still not excitingly amazing either.
