I work for a building society and we are expecting a rate drop soon of up to 0.5% so I wouldn’t go for fixed at the moment unless certainty is what you need. I'd go further and say many clubs see fans as an inconvenience.

If they could simulate the atmosphere and generate the same TV revenue without the need to steward, police, accommodate and answer to a fan base then I think many clubs would.
