I don't say anywhere that he's a top class Premier League striker so I'm not spinning anything. I personally believe, if his attitude was right (and this is the big question), he would have been a better option than Jay this season. This tread title had me checking Tony Green the footballer who was forced to retire after a knee injury inflicted by a clumsy tackle when he was just short of his 26th birthday. He really was a brilliant player. Still living and a fair bit younger than 84.
