PS4

May be the start of a mid-life crisis but looking at getting a PS4. Last console I had was PS2. Any recommendations on the best games? Have a varied taste of genres (except RPGs), favourites on the old console were GTA, Metal gear solid, medal of honour, Gran Turismo, Tekken, pro evo, crash bandicoot.

Being such a specialist position it must be hard to be a keeper when you know your no 2 choice, just picking up scraps of games if Heaton is injured/suspended. Wouldn't blame him if he wanted to move on, although I like what little seen of him so hope he does stay and its just unsubstantiated rumours

Took a bunch of pics with players after training today. Spookily the one I took with Defour is the only one that didn't come out <insert conspiracy theory here>! My dodgy camera skills aside, he seemed happy enough to me both training and mingling with rest of lads. Here's hoping he has a big season...

Just back and have to echo previously said what a great down to earth bunch our players and staff are - they all stayed behind after for autographs and pictures with whoever wanted one. No airs and graces.

Agree with the Porterhouse for some good ale. Also Sweetmans on the Quays near OConnell bridge brew their own beer onsite. For something a bit more lively try the numerous pubs down Camden Street. For something a lot more lively later at night pop to bars/clubs parallel on Harcout Street.

At Carton House now. Easy access. Training 11-12.30 again. Squad started with ball work now doing some fitness. Good to see Marney doing some training (some running separate to the rest)

Brady is suspended. Ward and Hendrick should be nailed on starters. Not sure if Vokes is first choice at the mo, but I'd expect him to be on the pitch at some point.

oo ah... great memories of Marlon from watching the Clarets as a kid. A nil nil draw against Plymouth comes to mind, Shilton was keeper for Plymouth and both him and Marlon had stormers. Best goalless draw ever (possibly) He also had a very colourful jersey in at least one of his seasons, black back...

watched Hunt For The Wilderpeople t'other night. Brilliant Kiwi film. Sam Neill and his (reluctantly) adopted/fostered son go bush. Sweet, funny, action adventure, with some great performances - most enjoyable
