My 18 year old fridge freezer packed up yesterday well the freezer part did at any rate and I now have a lovely wet kitchen carpet and the alarm light of course on permanently. He's had heart problems for years now, remember seeing in several live concerts up and down the Country in fact we saw him nearly 4 months ago down here. He wasn't looking good then, but when you consider the miles they cover to get to these venues who put Folk concerts on it's perhaps not surprisin...

Andy Lochhead was the best header of a ball that I have ever seen, pity there doesn't seem to much video of him in action for the great ones.

I went to my first session today. Who would have thought a 2x30 minutes walk would be so absolutely KNACKERING? I have a 'brake' twinge in my right ankle from stomping down in an attempt to stop quickly but it isn't really bad (yet). Great fun and some decent quality. The coaches are quite rigorous...
