Re: Dyche to Leeds.....

I went to Elland Road with a Leeds supporting friend and saw a match v Man City in the 70s. As we left the ground we saw Leeds 'fans' stone every window in a Man City supporters coach full of away fans setting off home. It was terrifying to see. Never want to go there again

Re: Terry Cochrane is 70

I remember when one particular second half started. Terry got the ball and started belting down the wing in the wrong direction: after about 30 yards, everyone shouted at him and he turned and he spun round and dribbled back in the right direction, beating lots of players. Great guy. Cochrane on the...

Translated from Turkish and taken out of context. Perhaps the wrong bit of 'train...' was used in the translation and he actually meant that he wasn't satisfied with the railways?

Re: Questions about Microsoft Windows 8.1 (and above I presume)

I have Windows 10. I use defender and it works really well - it is set to do automatic backups once every day, which works well, but you can change that if you like. Defender is free for Windows 10 at least. I prefer Google Chrome as Microsoft Edge is a bit slow and keeps sending me news items I don...

Re: Jay Rod

Jay and the two Joshes were all playing strangely because of the positional setup in the first half - and Maatsen was hardly out on the wing at all: couldn't understand the tactics, but they meant that Jay and Josh B hardly touched the ball in the first half.

The BBC have declared it to be the best final ever. The best final ever? In many ways it probably was. But for me the best final ever was in 1966 - I watched it in the window of a TV shop in Frodsham because we couldn't get back home from Wales in time so dad parked the land Rover in a street that ...

It wouldn’t surprise me if his loan was cut short in January, especially if the rumours about bringing in a another centre forward are accurate.
