If Wood had buried the first half chance, as he should have done, the disallowed goal would probably not have mattered. Wood is scared of physical challenges and just chickened out. Barnes or Mee in the same position would BOTH have scored. No striker in the world could ask for a better cross. Next...

On official site it says Michael Jackson is in temporary charge of the under 23s ...is that because they want to appoint somebody new or is indeed loughlan coming back and stone will be back with u23s .

Seems to be lots going on at the ground at the moment ..I had a walk around the ground when I visited the club shop two weeks ago ...lots of workmen working in the james Hargreaves hospitality..all the walls painted dark grey down Harry pots way and Jimmy mac and Longside... I enjoyed watching league 1 and 2 playoffs a lot more than I do premier league games. Me personally think it just needs tweaking and would prefer it to stay ..I don't mind getting beat fairly and var makes it more fairer in my opinion
