Re: New food/drink rules at the Turf
What’s happened to the chaps who were selling coffee from their modern vans in the ground car park near the catering caravan. They haven’t been there for two weeks now. It’s a shame if they’ve been forced off, really good quality coffee unlike the rubbish (imo) sold inside the concourse. My plan wa...

Re: General Info - Aston Villa (a)
Last time we were there I parked outside Walsalls stadium and caught the train in from there to Witton which is a short walk from the ground. The away designated pub is also close by (The Witton Arms) It's only a 10/15 minute train ride and once back to Walsall it's an easy getaway back onto the M6....

That has floored me. Any other team and West Ham are on the end of a nailed on defeat. It perfectly encapsulated why we are doomed. We battled really well for the majority and a more direct team would have had them in trouble. We looked like we wanted to walk the ball in.There were also times when w...

The most stupid thread I've seen this season. Any of you 'sack him, jerks' go on today? We weren't very far away from getting all three points, and I thought we played well. Their first goal would have taken some stopping and was well worked. Their second was down to an individual mistake. Yeah, I'...

Up 1st day of Advent, which this year is 3rd December. (4th Sunday before Christmas.) Down Twelfth Night, 6th January. That is exactly what we do. Broadly in line with Advent and the 12 days/Epiphany. I get irritated by people who put them up in November then you hear them crowing that they've take...

We also simply have to beat palace We do from a confidence point of view and much needed points but i think the performance will be the important factor next week. Perform similar to how we have then it could get nasty. If we play well and lose unluckily then at least we gain hope and have somethin...

The 5-0 at Ewood. That 3-0 last season (when it could easily have been more) went part way to compensating.
The 6-0 at home to Hereford. Horrific.

Based on the defence I presume? Unfortunately it's any 4 from 5/6 at the moment and all look iffy. Apart from that I'd go with the forward choices.
I'd have Berge for Brownhill as he's shown when in AM that he can make a difference..as at Luton and Forest.

Hasn't Andy Holt said something along the lines of Coleman and Bell did enough to be sacked after last season but they have credit in the bank? It's worrying to me that VK appears to see the games against the 'big 6' as games we cant get anything from, therefore it's ok to treat them as a free hit, and throw in some kind of experimental line up. To stay up you need to pick up something from these games. There are no free hits. Thats's real...

Real effort, last time I went to Everton under Dyche we didn’t even sell the lower tier, Ben Mee put us 1-0 up then they scored 3 in 10 mins if I remember correctly ? i've dropped a bollock - wanted front of LV2 and got front of LV1 so further towards the corner than I'd have chosen. I don't suppose there are any winners at Goodison though. I've ended up doing something similar in the upper level. The option for Block 2 and 1 were available and I'm 99% certain i...
