An atmosphere that befits a pre-season friendly, not a title winning party. They sound as bored as I am by it. TBF I think the atmosphere at the Turf was pretty flat for a title winning party last week. I think it’s different when you’ve a) won it before the game kicked off, and b) known you were g...

I’m ok with Blackburn coming up. Derbies are part of the fabric of being a football fan, and most of us have never seen us beat them in the top flight.
After the run they’ve been on though, I can’t believe it’s still a (remote) possibility.

My point is simply that once they are filed at CH, they can be published more widely, as they have been in every previous year I can remember. There is no need to wait for them to appear on the CH website.

Last year the 31st July 2021 accounts were signed on 28th April 2022. Deadline to file at Companies House was 30th April 2022. Just as this year, the first weekend of May was a bank holiday. The accounts were then available on Companies House website on 4th May 2022. There's always a few days delay...

I've long since lost touch with this thread but I'm currently wondering, now that we appear to have missed the Companies House deadline as well as various EFL deadlines, at what point do we become seriously concerned over our current owners' inability to file a set of accounts?

Judged purely in football terms, I’m pretty sure he could do a job for us. None of us really knows how things are in the dressing room, but I imagine VK would be capable of managing that. If he doesn’t think so or doesn’t think it’s worth the hassle, there won’t be a decision to be made.

Why would you play a goalkeeper who was playing last time we conceded 5 here? I’d have picked Muric purely because of his lack of baggage, aside from the fact he’s integral to the way we play. Great news. That is miles better than the 16 groups of three idea in that there will be no final group game colluding possible (or at least mega unlikely).
