Barnes is one of the best in the country at what he does.
One last hurrah from him next season? It's a yes from me, and more importantly, I think it'll be a yes from the manager.

Neither did Robbie Blake, Steven Fletcher, Zaroury, Andre Gray, Sam Vokes, Nick Pope or Danny Ings after a game and a half.
Tony Hancock had a good first game mind.

Posting this from the ground. Poor first half, with most of the team looking laboured so far. That said, some sections of the crowd are showing a lack of patience that has me baffled. This is a team on a fantastic run, fielding a mix of new players and those who haven’t had much game time. And, as ...

Name of the game is to get mug punters to part with a lot of brass, buying kit you could use to imitate Bear Grylls sleeping in a snow hole in the Antarctic, and wear it to slob round the Trafford Centre every Sunday in May.

Good effort.
Be interesting to know how often the turf has sold out since its redevelopment in the 90s outside the Prem and not counting games against our bestial neighbours.

Don't think anyone's said McNeil is bobbins. He really wasn't. If he could kick with his right foot, learn to shoot, take a man on every now and then, cross accurately from deep and push into dangerous back post positions, he'd be almost as good as Zaroury. And that's not a criticism of McNeil.. Its...
