Cool well hopefully the team get to work for next season as I can imagine it takes a lot of time to go and watch everyone that is half decent.

Hope we uncover some more bargains soon!

Re: European scouting network????

Dyche himself has said we are behind other clubs in Europe. The last man we put in charge disappeared and Butterworth has now come in. He'll have plenty of contacts though and will have already scouted a lot of players but it will take time as the manager has said. Disappeared? I'm not on a wind up...

I dont think the problem is identifying players in foreign leagues. I think it is SD has criteria for a players personality too. Easy enough in english leagues where other players know each other but abroad much harder to build up this info We need to employ people local to those areas then if he n...

European scouting network????

I thought we had set one up? Wasn't there a quote from Dyche saying we would set a network up last time we were in the prem or am I imagining things? I think we should definitely invest in some sort of infrastructure abroad, surely £5m or so could pay for this for years? We seem to be very limited t...

As long as were not thinking of playing another left footer on the right wing that would make sense.

We need to find the 2017 version of Glen Little, would make a lot of fans happy for sure!

Wouldn't want Clucas, a left footer on right wing of a 5 personally, would be like Brady playing on right, wouldn't be able to go round outside to take on the fullback, is he good with both feet?

Re: Midfield Four

Still think we need someone of the Calibre of Brady on the right then our midfield will be complete. JBG doesn't convince as he's always coming inside as he's left footed, good player tho he is....think he would be better utilised as a sub for Brady when he's tired etc.

Re: Bid rejected for chris wood

Vokes is listed as 6ft 2. Both Walters and Barnes are 6ft. Hardly midgets Fair comment, I don't think the other two are particularly well renowned for headed goals tho even tho they might be tall. Barnes went through a spell last season of nearly taking opposition players heads off with his elbows ...

It's pretty pathetic that grown men can't just support their teams without goading each other into a fight.

Why don't they cordon off an area around the away end with you know, police!

Wouldn't mind going to this certainly not going on a bus , pain isn't arse

Best thing about the Chelsea win was how confident hendrick and Brady looked in the 4-5-1 as effectively they were playing in a 4-3-3 at times, we looked very good attacking with big Sam holding up play up top. I can see why we are after Chris wood as he would do the Vokes role as and when Sam tires...

The consensus on here last season was that 4-5-1 was the best formation to use away from home. Our best performance last year was when we beat Watford at home in 4-5-1 Why on earth are we thinking of changing the formation after knobbing the champions on their own patch after one game? Defour has to...
