Re: Sean's press attitude
I can understand it must get a bit mundane answering the same old stuff, but I find him often antagonizing and sometimes rude. He has been at it long enough to know better. This week's dig at that must of been nice when Johann mentioned, and the players can't read comments aren't funny or entertain...

Bamford’s a half decent player but there’s no way he should be in the squad ahead of Greenwood.

Glad to have Lennon back on board.
Dyche has earnt the right to have us trust his judgement on these transfers. Lennon's career likewise speaks for itself.

Re: Summer 2021 Transfer Window Rumours - Links - Discussion
When you think of the calibre of player we have been linked with this summer (Cornet, Young - both playing in the CL last season), we’re clearly looking levels above where we have before. I wouldn’t want the fear missing out to deter us from being more ambitious. This is exactly what our policy has...

Shan’t mark as I wasn’t there but thought there was a notable difference between his first and second half performances yesterday. First half was impeccable. Second half I thought a lot of petty decisions were needlessly taken and all seemed to go against us. As others have said, Dean is still the b...

Re: Why I've Decided to Back Blackburn Rovers
Rough odds, I'd expect at least 75/1 to be tempted to waste my money. If they recapture their form from the second half of last season I've got a fighting chance. Either way, I can afford to lose the FIFTEEN BIG ONES (£15.00 sterling) and have budgeted for that event. It's my one big bet of the sea...

Re: Why I've Decided to Back Blackburn Rovers
Great odds considering many of their fans hate Mowbray and expect the usual implosion! I nearly backed them pre-season at much worse odds but decided it wasn't good value. Then I made a devlish pact with myself that if they got off to a good start and the odds improved I'd take the dirty plunge. It...

Why I've Decided to Back Blackburn Rovers
This unexpected good start to the season may have surprised a few but it's made me decide to start following Rovers. Their odds have improved greatly and I've backed them at 18-1 for relegation. I'll be following their results closely as long as they're at the right end of the table. Fingers crossed!

Re: I believe I have caught COVID on the Turf
Why haven't you had a jab yet? They've been available for 25-29 year olds since 8th June - 10 weeks. Personal choice? Young people can catch the virus but it really isn't likely to be serious. I'd still rather have covid than flu. The reason? Flu is statisically more likely to be fatal to somebody ...

Didn't see the not had any jabs bit so not too much sympathy here. You know the risks going to events with lots of people if not vaccinated and it is unfair on others too. Understand your sentiment Boss Hogg but it transpires the vaccine isn't preventing the spread of the 'delta variant' of the vir...

Re: RATE THE REF - David Coote v Brighton
Watched from telly. He wasn't awful but had all the typical faults of Prem refs. Too many early cards, then lacked the backbone to give a red for what should have been a mandatory second yellow. It's been a while we've had this kind of reffing where they gauge their decisions based on the player's a...

Absolutely. Had a brilliant day there in 2014. 3-3 between two top sides in the league. Great view and atmosphere. Same. Great performance that day and really should have won it. OK, we're all agreed the stand at QPR is poxy and old and wouldn't meet modern standards. But for balance, the view from the upper tier (if away fans are allowed in the upper tier) is very good. From a completely different viewpoint, it's ideal if you're driving in for a game. I'd throw in the Poppy & Pint if you're driving to the pub. It's in West Bridgford too but not the town centre.
