It's always been the same, 40 points was enough in all but 2 of the prem years 39 was in all but 4.Many times 37 was enough. Nothing too different this season

It's not just TV losses, it's net losses. So for example, we didn't have to pay bonuses due for staying up. This figure would be deducted from the TV revenue we lost

I worked with him many years ago as a dancer in one of his shows. Although he was the star and therefore the boss, he never behaved that way. He was very approachable and easy to talk to. I can most definitely tell you that a lot of "stars" are not like that
