Re: January transfer window rumours.
JBG is the top chance creator per 90 minutes in our entire team this season. As well as being several levels above any other option for defensive work / PL nous in the narrow right midfield slot in our 4-4-2. Put some respect on the Iceman’s name! Oh and Benson was never linked to Milan, a fake bot...

Re: January transfer window rumours.
I don’t think his value has nosedived, it’s all about negotiation. Bournemouth have just loaned a player to Napoli with an obligation to buy for 25m, they signed last January and he barely featured for them. I’m not convinced AC Milan where ever in for him last season, there’s not been a single tea...

Re: January transfer window rumours.
The re-writing of history r.e Manuel Benson is laughable. Benson was arguably our biggest match winner last season. He scored several point/match winning goals and was one who got better and better as the season developed. He was the player who looked more than good enough for this league in the Cup...

If it’s a good price considering his contract situation, I’d be all for that. I don’t think any signing keeps us up but he would be great for us next season regardless. Sensible business.

In the utterly hypothetical situation unfolding, I think as a married 37 year old Dad of a 6 year old girl, I would judge based on the situation. Re: Can we avoid relegation? Points forecast.
We’ve won three games (arguably we’ve ‘won’ 5 if I include Forest and Luton where we were robbed by VAR). We are not gonna win 9 out of 17 or a draw/win combo that gets near that figure. That’s unrealistic. We’re playing better but we’re not getting the results by a combination of luck and naivety. ...

Looked a long, long way off Championship standard in his start away at Reading towards the end of last season.

Definitely feels like we're clearing the decks ready for signings. In reality, Obafemi and Churlinov were not going to be involved so this is good business. It's a hard market for us as any signing needs to buy in to the idea of getting relegated and coming straight back up. Seems that story about a talent share agreement with Dundee are true then. Might be a good move for a goalscorer as they’re top of the Scottish Championship so should get a decent number of chances. That’s Dundee United, Dundee are mid table in the SPL. Good move for Mellon as you’d think the SPL i...

Just cannot fathom the desire to sell Zaroury and Benson - Championship match winners, and that's where we are almost certain to be in a matter of months. Instead we have: Odobert - almost certain to be sold Koleosho - bad injury, but likely to be sold you'd think Bruun-Larsen - only on loan and inc...

Can’t allow myself to care really. Maybe the lad will be more settled there. He’s from Swindon isn’t he? Not far. Hope we include a sell on. Good luck to him ...

Brownhill is out of contract and I can't imagine him doing another season in the Championship at this stage of his career. Cullen won't get a better offer from a PL club. That’s the point though isn’t it. We weren’t loyal to Dyche, pace sacked him as soon as he could. Why are we being loyal to a worse manager than has spent a fortune? If you put these two (well, assuming they’re any good!) into our team we look a different specimen physically. Brownhill has done OK alongside Berge, but I’d love to us go to a three in there at the expense of Amdouni. Agree with the shout further up on Beyer into right back too.

Left at the right moment but there is no doubt he did a really good job for us overall, particularly with recruitment. Maybe we want Benson back in the event of relegation and to only sell if we stay up? Twine was probably loaned out with the hope/belief he’d have a great season and turn us a profit.
