What are you going on about ? Are you really claiming you aren't going on matches because they take the knee ?
Brainwashed
by what or who ?
If you feel unable to cope why not just stay on the concourse for the 3 seconds this takes to happen ?

are there really people out there who claim to be not going on due to the taking of the knee ?
Why do we hear such garbage. Of course if it was a cup final or a promotion decider they would be there but it is no doubt a coincidence that this reason is given when the team is struggling.

He got subbed after 88 minutes, that way of thinking is daft

I’d play a double pivot of Collins and Pieters, two big lads, win all the headers, nothing gets passed them. I’ve been thinking Kev Long instead of Wood up top too as Wood hasn’t been winning much in the air. Idea is all the headers Collins and Pieters win then get flicked on by Kev Long for Vydra ...

I’m not a person that tends to knock any aspect of the club but the website is absolutely shocking at the moment.
Apart from buying away tickets I hardly ever use it, normally by the time anything is on there it is widely known.

You have to say, since a lot of the old media team went things have gone seriously down hill. It may not have been perfect but compared to what we have now……. Some very basic proof reading of what is being published would be a start. And think of the stick they used to get. Bentley used to have to ...

Btw, I think it was suggested by NewcastleClaret that Root wasn't one of our best ever batters and that he wouldn't have got into the side that won in Australia, among with others. He has just set a new record for the most Test runs in a calendar year from an English batter. That is only because th...

America did well for the 1st 2 days staying in it but having to play Jones instead of Strickland was a big bow for them and eventually you felt Europe would pull away.

That's the issue I had (well 2 pages of the completed form and a 3rd with a single claret line on it) I was using an iPhone, so not sure if same on others, but if you click the "download" icon (square with arrow), you get an options for MS Forms You can select that, choose PDF and save into files I...

What are we supposed to do with the form once filled in?
It's not letting me save a completed copy of it, I haven't received an email and they don't want printed bits of paper.
I just submitted it, tried the save as pdf but it just gave me the option of printing 6 pages

If we stick to the OP we might be able to help each other out and for once, just for once can we avoid pointless tedious political etc point scoring ? My concern is the logistics of getting everyone checked and in I can foresee chaotic scenes if they get it wrong. Last Sunday postponed by snow this ...

Stick to your football post 'wind-ups', you are digging yourself a bigger hole every time you post on this thread. That would be rational but when you see the position Burns gets into to face the first ball, he deserves criticism. https://twitter.com/theanalyst/status/1468372030881939461?t=lxVqYjhzrNz-4zNp5cIAOA&s=19 He must be thinking if I stand infront of the 5th and 6th stump I won't be LBW when I miss it, ...

He is a superb batter but the 17000 runs you refer to is accross international cricket, not just Test cricket. That would be a scary amount of runs. He needs to improve his record in Australia to be an all time great though I think. Correct it is nearer 10000 test runs, I thought 17k was high but u...

Joe Root is great. But I doubt he gets in the 2005-2011 team. I think that highlights our decline over that time period. That our current best player would struggle to get into that team. However I will say our bowling lineup over the last 5-10 years has got to be the best we have had. Especially t...

From the club website July 8 this year: Burnley boss Dyche said: “Tony has done a fantastic job here as a key part of the staff but he now feels it’s a good time for him to undergo the further surgery he needs and the extended period of time required to make a full recovery." Does that help anybody...

Even when as a Test playing side they used to prepare for tours it was common to have a shocking start to a series, nowadays as they just seem to turn up and walk out to bat it is quite common to be rolled over 1st innings of a tour but this is bordering gutless. When Buttler(who is often accused of...

I think the people who say they would prefer Championship football have a lot of memories of our promotion seasons and not so many of, well, all the other seasons in there. Mostly a crap league.
You mean you don't miss losing at home to Hull with under 10k on ?
