It’s pretty obvious we don’t have the defensive ability at fullback to carry a lazy weak winger. Foster 3 or 4 times in the first half was crucially back in his own box cutting out crosses.

He wasn’t even trusted to start in the Championship every week.

After the sending off and the goal, Brentford managed to see out the rest of the first half at walking pace.

Thought we lost our momentum when he came on despite him looking really bright, had a couple of efforts on target and some neat link up play. Good yellow to take one for the side and right decision to bring him off to see it out.
